When making apples and other easily oxidized foods, please soak them in salt water or lemon water.
Instructions for use:
1. Hot air circulation system, low energy consumption, high efficiency, can quickly dry food.
2. The knob type and digital coontrol temperature control design is cost-effective.
3. The temperature range is 35 to 70 degrees, and different hot air temperatures can be set according to different foods.
4. Food grade plastic to ensure safety and non-toxic
Operation method:
1. Remove all packaging materials before use. Clean the drying rack first with clean water, or clean with non-abrasive detergent, then rinse with clean water and dry.
2. Storage after use: After cleaning after use, dry the drying rack before storing.
3. Cut the food into slices. The drying time of the food depends on its thickness (the temperature and humidity of the room will also affect it, such as rainy weather). The thinner the food, the faster it will dry.
Place the sliced ingredients on the baking rack. This model contains a total of 5 layers! Even if you do not have enough food to put the drying racks full, please install all the drying racks and place the food on the top level. For example, you only need to bake one layer, but please fill all the baking racks and ensure that the food that needs to be dehydrated is on the top layer. If the fruit has rotten parts, it needs to be disposed of.
4. After placing all the food, close the top cover. Adjust to the required temperature. Fruits and vegetables should not exceed 60 degrees to avoid destroying vitamins. Adjust the drying rack according to the drying conditions of the food. For example, the closer it is to the power supply, the faster it will dry. You can adjust the drying rack as needed. Some fruits will produce a protective film on their own to avoid drying out. When encountering such fruits, they can be boiled for 1 to 2 minutes, then put in cold water and drained.
5. When the baking is over, first adjust the temperature control button to the lowest temperature, blow the air for 3 to 5 minutes, and turn off the power after the temperature drops to protect the heating equipment of the product and prolong the service life of the product. The dehydrated dried fruit can be placed in a zippered fresh-keeping bag, sealed in the bottle, and stored in the refrigerator.
6. When cleaning after use, the baking tray can be rinsed with water, but note that the host (electrical part) can only be wiped clean with a damp cloth, not washing or soaking.
